Galaxy Global Eatery’s Hempnut Veggie Burger For how beautiful this looked when it came out, I was shocked at how mediocre it tasted.  The hempnut veggie patty was like an oversized Boca Burger, but greasier.  Even the bun was greasy.  The avocado and onions were a special request and I think they added a lot.  The coleslaw was probably the most interesting thing on the plate.  The cabbage, the carrots and the sauce weren’t mixed together; just stacked on top of each other.  I kind of enjoyed that.
